Description

The TCLT1007 is designed as one member of the TCLT10 series which consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode in a 4-lead SO6L package.

TCLT1007 has eight features. (1)Low profile package. (2)CTR offered in 9 groups. (3)Isolation materials according to UL94-VO. (4)Pollution degree 2 (DIN/VDE 0110/resp. IEC 664). (5)Climatic classification 55/100/21 (IEC 68 part 1). (6)Special construction: therefore, extra low coupling capacity of typical 0.2pF, high common mode rejection. (7)Low temperature coefficient of CTR. (8)Coupling system W. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of TCLT1007 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its reverse voltage would be 6V. (2)Its forward current would be 60mA. (3)Its forward surge current would be 1.5A. (4)Its emitter power dissipation would be 100mW. (5)Its collector emitter voltage would be 70V. (6)Its emitter collector voltage would be 7V. (8)Its collector current would be 50mA. (9)Its collector peak current would be 100mA. (10)Its detector power dissipation would be 150mW. (11)Its isolation test voltage (RMS) would be 5kV. (12)Its total power dissipation would be 250mW. (13)Its operating ambient temperature range would be from -40°C to 100°C. (14)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to 100°C. (15)Its soldering temperature would be 235°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
