The TCLT1007 is designed as one member of the TCLT10 series which consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode in a 4-lead SO6L package.
TCLT1007 has eight features. (1)Low profile package. (2)CTR offered in 9 groups. (3)Isolation materials according to UL94-VO. (4)Pollution degree 2 (DIN/VDE 0110/resp. IEC 664). (5)Climatic classification 55/100/21 (IEC 68 part 1). (6)Special construction: therefore, extra low coupling capacity of typical 0.2pF, high common mode rejection. (7)Low temperature coefficient of CTR. (8)Coupling system W. Those are all the main features.
