TCD6307AF

The TCD6307AF is designed as one kind of CMOS LSI developed to drive the TCD5481D CCD area image sensor. It can be combined with a vertical clock driver and a synchronous signal generator IC to constitute the CCD area image sensor driving circuit. Features of the TCD6307AF are:(1)generation of all timing pulses required to drive TCD5481D;(2)correspondence with electronic shutter from 1/60 to 1/8000 sec;(3)generation of sampling pulses for CDS signal processing.
