TCD1208AP

The TCD1208AP is a kind of high sensitive and low dark current 2160-element image sensor. The TCD1208AP  can be used for facsimile, imagescanner and OCR. The device includes a row of 2160 photodiodes, which provide a 8 lines/mm (200 DIP) across a B4 size paper. The device is operated by 5 V (pulse) and 5 V power supply.
