Some absolute maximum ratings of TCA650 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be max 13.2V. (2)Its total power dissipation would be max 510mW. (3)Its storage temperature range would be from -25°C to 125°C. (4)Its operating ambient temperature range would be from -25°C to 65°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some electrical characteristics of TCA650 are concluded as follow. (1)Its supply voltage range would be typ 12V and would be from 10.2V to 13.2V. (2)Its chrominance input signal peak-to-peak value would be from 35mV to 75mV for PAL and would be from 150mV to 400mV for SECAM. (3)Its impedance would be from 1.2kohms to 2.6kohms.
