TCA1365B

The TCA1365B is a power operational amplifier in a plastic power package P-T66-7H. TCA1365B is  protected against short circuits and thermal overload. The typical applications include power comparators, power schmitt triggers, speed control of DC motors and power buffers. There are some features of TCA1365B as follows.
