TC9223F has seven features. (1)Can be used as PLL LSI in many communication equipment, e.g. personal radip, mobile radio telephone, CB radio and so on because of its system design for wide applications. (2)With a built-in 14bit reference frequency divider, capable of frequency divison ranging from 5 to 16,388 divisions. (3)Built-in 7bit and 11bit programmable dividers of pulse swallow type. (4)Provided with 2 systems of phase comparator outputs. (5)Provided with one general purpose output port. (6)PSC (prescaler control) output can be switched according to input signal rising or falling timing by program. (7)DIP16pin and SOP16pin packages. Those are all the main features.
