The TC9198P is designed as one kind of high speed programmable counters for dividing PLL circuits and other various circuits.
TC9198P has six features. (1)Setting of number of fivisions can be made directly from the input terminals. (2)The counter allows changing-over of swallow system/simple division. (3)At simple division, changing-over of BCD code/BINARY code can be performed. (4)The number of division is 262,143 in maximum in swallow mode, and can be 5 to 65,535 at BINARY in simple division mode and can be 5 to 15999 at BCD code. (5)Owing to CMOS construction, the operating power voltage range is wade, and the power consumption is low. (6)The package is DIP-24PIN for TC9198P and SOP-24PIN for TC9198F. Those are all the main features.
