TC83230-0006

The TC83230-0006 is a kind of single-chip CMOS LSI for use in calculators with printers. It integrates I/O logic cirucits necessary to configure a calculator with 10/12-digit display, two-memory function, serial printer used to print calculation results, oscillator and LCD drivers.
