TC7SL08F

The TC7SL08F is designed as one kind of low voltage operative CMOS 2-input and gate fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. Operating voltage is 1 to 3 V equivalent to 1 pc or 2 pcs of dry cell battery and it achives low power dissipation. The internal circuit is composed of 3 stages including buffer output, which enables high noise immunity and stable output. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.
