The TC74LVX174F is one member of the TC74LVX174 series.The TC74LVX174 is a high speed CMOS HEX D-FLIP FLOP fabricated with silicon gate CZMOS technology.Designed for use in 3.3 Volt systems, they achieve high speed operation while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.This device is suitable for low voltage and battery operated systems.Information signals applied to D inputs are transfered to the Q output on the positivegoing edge of the clock pulse.

Features of the TC74LVX174F are:(1)high speed:fMAX=180MHz (Typ.) (VAC=3V);(2)low power dissipation:ICC=4A (Max)(Ta=25);(3)input voltage level:VIL=0.8V (Max.) (Vcc=3V),VIH=2.0V (Min.) (Vcc=3 V);(4)power down protection is provided on all inputs;(5)balanced propagation delays:tpLHtpHL;(6)low noise:VOLP=0.5V (Max.);(7)pin and function compatible with 74HC174.An input protection circuit ensures that 0 to 7V can be applied to the input pins without regard to the supply voltage. This device can be used to interface 5V to 3V systems and two supply systems such as battery back up.This circuit prevents device destruction due to mismatched supply and input voltages.
