The feature of TC74LCX257F are as follows: (1)low voltage operation: VCC = 2.0~3.6V; (2)high speed operation: tpd = 6.0ns(Vcc = 3.0~3.6V); (3)output current: IOH/IOL = 24mA(min)(Vcc = 3.0V); (4)latch-up performance: ±500mA; (5)available in JEDEC SOP, EIAJ SOP and TSSOP; (6)power down protection is provided on all inputs and outputs; (7)pin and function compatible with the 74 series.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TC74LCX257F are: (1)supply voltage range:  -0.5~7.0V; (2)DC input voltage(DIR, OE):  -0.5~7.0V; (3)DC bus I/O voltage:  -0.5~7.0V; (4)input diode current: -50mA; (5)output diode current: ±50mA; (6)DC output current: ±50mA; (7)power dissipation: 180mW; (8)DC Vcc/Ground current: ±100mA; (9)storage temperature: -65~150.
