The TC74LCX16374 is a kind of high performance CMOS 16 bit D-TYPE FUP FLOP.It is designed for use in 3.3 volt systems, it achieves high speed operation while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.It is designed for low voltage Vcc applicaitons, but it could be used to interface to 5 V supply environment for both inputs and outputs.

Features of the TC74LCX16374 are:(1)low voltage operation:2.0 V to 3.6 V; (2)high speed operation:7.0 ns max at Vcc is 3.0 V to 3.6 V; (3)output current: 24 mA min at Vcc is 3.0 V; (4)latch-up performance: +/-500 mA; (5)package:TSSOP(thin shrink small outline package).

The absolute maximum ratings of the TC74LCX16374 can be summarized as:(1): power supply voltage(Vcc) is -0.5 V to 7.0 V; (2): input voltage(Vin) is -0.5 V to 7.0 V; (3): output voltage(Vout) is -0.5 V to 7.0 V or -0.5 V to Vcc+0.5 V; (4): input diode current(IIK) is -50 mA; (5): output diode current(IOK) is +/- 50 mA; (6): DC output current(Iout) is +/-50 mA; (7): power dissipation(PD) is 400 mW; (8): storage temperature(Tstg) is -65 to 150.
