The  TC74LCX14FN  is a high performance CMOS 3 to 8 DECODER.Designed for use in 3.3 volt systems, it achieves high speed operation while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.

Features of the  TC74LCX14FN  are:(1)low voltage operation; (2)high speed operaiton; (3)output current is 24 mA min when Vcc is 3.0 V; (4)latch-up performance; (5)available in JEDEC SOP,EIAJ SOP and TSSOP; (6)power down protection is provided on all inputs and outputs.
