TC74HC7240AP

The TC74HC7240AP is designed as a high speed CMOS octal bus buffers with silicon gate C2MOS technology.

TC74HC7240AP has eight features. (1)High speed which would be typ 15ns at Vcc=5V. (2)Low power dissipation which means Icc=4uA max at Ta=25°C.
