The TC74ACT374P is designed as a high speed CMOS octal flip-flop fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology.
TC74ACT374P has six features. (1)High speed which would be typ 180MHz at Vcc=5V. (2)Low power dissipation which means Icc=8uA max at Ta=25°C. (3)Compatible with TTL outputs which would be 0.8V max for low and 2.0V min for high. (4)Symmetrical output impedance which would be 24mA min. (5)Balanced propagation delays. (6)Pin and function compatible with 74F374. Those are all the main features.
