The TC74AC74P is designed as a high speed CMOS D flip-flop fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology.

TC74AC74P has six features. (1)High speed which would be typ 200MHz at Vcc=5V. (2)Low power dissipation which means Icc=4uA max at Ta=25°C. (3)High noise immunity 28% Vcc min. (4)Symmetrical output impedance which would be 24mA min. (5)Balanced propagation delays. (6)Pin and function compatible with 74F74. Those are all the main features.
