The TC74AC373P is designed as a high speed CMOS octal latch with 3-state output fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology.

TC74AC373P has six features. (1)High speed which would be typ 4.8ns at Vcc=5V. (2)Low power dissipation which means Icc=8uA max at Ta=25°C. (3)High noise immunity 28% Vcc min. (4)Symmetrical output impedance which would be 24mA min. (5)Balanced propagation delays. (6)Pin and function compatible with 74F373. Those are all the main features.
