TC704

      Kocetal TC704 is a type of mineral reinforced grade for good dimensional stability.

Specific Gravity (ASTM D792 method) is  - 1.55.Water Absorption( 23, Equilibrium 60%RH ASTM D570 %) is 0.2%. Thermal:Melting Point (ASTM D1525) is  166.Heat Deflection Temperature( ASTM D648) :HDT/A 4.6kg/cm2 ( 0.45MPa ) is  165;HDT/A 18.6kg/cm2 ( 1.81MPa ) is 140.Vicat Softening Temperature (ASTM D1525) is 162.Coeff. Of Linear Thermal Expansion (ASTM D696) is  5x 10-5 cm/cm`  to 7x 10-5 cm/cm`.Flammability (UL 94) is HB.Mechnical:Tensile Strength (23 ASTM D638) is  630 (62)kg/cm2 (MPa).Tensile Elongation (23 ASTM D638) is  10%.Flexural Strength (23 ASTM D790) is 1200 (118) kg/cm2 (MPa).Flexural Modulus (23 ASTM D790) is  32000 (3136) kg/cm2 (MPa).Notched Izod Impact Strength (23 ASTM D256) is 5 (49)kg`cm/cm (J/m) .Rockwell Hardness (M scale ASTM D785) is 90.Electrical:Surface Resistivity (ASTM D257) is 1 x 1016 .Volume Resistivity (ASTM D257) is 1 x 1014 `m .The information provided in this data sheet is based on our present state of knowledge and is estimated by KOLON.
