The TC6335AF is designed as driving pulse generator IC. The CMOS LSI of it is developed to drive TCD5460AC, TCD5470AC, TCD5480C, TCD5710D can be combined with a vertical clock driver to constitute the CCD area image sensor driving circuit.

TC6335AF has five features. (1)Generation of all timing pulses required to drive TCD5460AC, TCD5470AC, TCD5480C, TCD5710D. (2)Correspondence with electronic shutter from 1/25, to 1/10000s. (3)Generation of sampling pulses for CDS signal processing. (4)High resolution function. (5)Adjustment of phase of reset pulse and sampling pulses. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of TC6335AF have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be from -0.3V to 7.0V. (2)Its input voltage would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. (3)Its input current would be +/-10mA. (4)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to 125°C. (5)Its recommended supply voltage would be from 4.75V to 5.25V. (6)Its recommended operating temperature range would be from -20°C to 70°C. TC6335AF should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics of TC6335AF are concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its input voltage high level would be mmin 3.5V. (2)Its input voltage low level would be max 1.5V. (3)Its input current high level would be min -10uA and max 10uA with conditions of Vin=Vdd and it would be min 10uA and max 200uA with conditions of Vin=Vdd, included pull-down. (4)Its input current low level would be min -10uA and max 10uA with conditions of Vin=Vss and it would be min -200uA and max -10uA with conditions of Vin=Vss, included pull-up.
