Description

The TC1272A are cost-effective system supervisorcircuits designed to monitor VDD in digital systems andprovide a reset signal to the host processor, whennecessary. No external components are required.The reset output is driven active within 65 sec (typ.)of VDD falling through the reset voltage threshold.RESET is maintained active for a minimum of140 msec after VDD rises above the reset threshold.It has a complimentary output. The outputof the TC1272A is valid down to VDD = 1.2V. Thedevice is available in a 3-Pin SOT-23B package.
