The TB62715FN is specially designed for LED and LED DISPLAY constant current dirvers.This constant current output circuits is able to set up external resistor(Iout is 70 mA to 150 mA).It is monolithic integrated circuit designed to be used together with Bi-CMOS process.It consists of 8 bit shift register, latch, AND-GATE and constant current drivers.
