TAF2453G

The TAF2453G is designed as one kind of dual PNP-operational amplifiers which can be used in amplifier,level converter,driver,zero voltage switch and comparator.The integrated regulator provides for all parameters a large degree of independence from the supply voltage.Features of it are:(1)the characteristic curves of the electric parameters correspond to those of type TAE1453G;(2)pin-compatible to TBB1458B;(3)wide operating temperature range (TAF2453G);(4)wide common-mode voltage range;(5)output virtually short-circuit proof;(6)output current up to 70 mA (max. 100 mA);(7)low output saturation voltage,almost independent of load current;(8)extremely large control range;(9)low current consumption,0.8 mA typ;(10)supply voltage range between 3 V and 36 V.
