TA8800N

The TA8800N is a PIF/SIF IC built in a complete synchronous detection function with PLL circuit.The IC package has its size reduced by employment of shrink-type 24 pins, contributing to circuit board size reduction. The feature of TA8800N are as follows: (1)complete synchronous detection with PLL circuit; (2)3-stage IF amplifier with variable gain; (3)double time constant for AGC filter for faster AGC responses; (4)AGC of peak-detection type; (5)single-polarity AFT out voltage; (6)AFT defeat function provided; (7)reverse RF AGC supplied to tuner.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TA8800N are: (1)supply voltage: 15V; (2)power dissipation: 1.4W; (3)operating temperature: -20~60; (4)storage temperature: -55~150.
