TA8749S

The TA8749S provides the function for CCD clock driver, and generate 4 times frequency signal of the input fsc signal by PLL circuit.It has two unique features: (1): 4 fsc VCO; (2): phase comparator.

Features of TA8749S are: (1): supply voltage, vcc is 15 V; (2): input signal level, ein is 5 Vp-p; (3): power dissipation, PD is 400 mW; (4): operating temperature, Topr is -20 to 65; (5): storage temperature, Tstg is -55 to 150.

The absolute maximum ratings of TA8749S can be summerized as:(1): PLL input, V1 is 4.2 V min, 4.5 v typ and 4.8 V max; (2): PLL filter, V2 is 3.1 V min, 3.6 V typ and 4.1 v max; (3): VCO adjustment, V3 is 4.4 V min, 4.6 V typ and 4.8 V max; (4): 4 fsc output, v6 is 6.5 V typ; (5): Vcc is 9 V typ.
