TA8224H

The TA8224H isvoltage regulator IC,designed for compact disc player use,built in 3 outputs and reset circuit.In addition,protectors for over voltage,output short and thermal shut down are involved.

Features of the TA8224H are:(1)3 regulated voltage output VOUT-1(for -com system) is fixed voltage output : VOUT1=5V(Typ.)/100mA (MAX.),VOUT-2(for servo system) is fixed voltage output : VOUT2=5V(Typ.)/300mA (MAX.),VOUT-3(for driver) is adjustable voltage output : VOUT3=8V(Typ.)/1.2A (MAX.);(2)built-in reset is 2 input,1 output : reset sense voltage VR3.4V (Ta=25);(3)built-in stand-by circuit : SB1 for VOUT1,VOUT2,VOUT3,SB2 for VOUT2,VOUT3;(4)built-in various protection circuits : over voltage,output to GND short,thermal shut down;(5)input operation voltage : VIN(opr)=7.5 to 20V,VIN(opr)=7.5 to 24V(operating VOUT1 only).
