TA8198F

The TA8198F is a DC/DC converter IC which is developed for biasing varactor diodes of tuner system. The features of TA8223K are: (1)few external parts; (2)excellent spurious radiation by oscillation of sine wave; (3)built-in constant current source, it is suitable for figital tuning system; (4)output voltage VO=15.5V; (5)excellent regulatory capability of output voltage against fluctuation of supply voltage, and of ambient temperature; (6)built-in power switch; (7)low supply current ICCQ=2.4mA; (8)operating supply voltage range VCC=1.8 to 10V.
