TA8020S

The TA8020S is an IC designed for lamp failure detection. The features of TA8223K are: (1)two circuit served by separate power supplies; (2)high-performance input amplifier incorporated; (3)reference voltage characterized by small temperature drift; (4)built-in circuit which compensates for lamp voltage characteristic variations; (5)operating temperature range: from -40 to 85; (6)plastic SIP-9 pin.
