TA78M10S

The TA78M10S is one of the TA78MxxS series.The TA78XXS series of fixed-voltage monolithic integrated circuit voltage regulators is designed for a wide range of applications.These regulators employ internal current-limiting,thermal-shutdown and safe-area compensation,making them essentially indestructible.
