TA7805S

The TA7805S is three terminal positive voltage regulators.Features of the TA7805S are:(1)suitable for CMOS,TTL,the other digital IC's power supply ; (2)internal thermal overload protection; (3)internal short circuit current limiting; (4)output current in excess of 1A; (5)metal fin (Tab) is fully covered with mold resin.
