TA7736F

The TA7736F is a 3 phase bi-directional motor driver IC.It designed for use VCR,tape deck,floppy disk and record player motor drivers.It contains output power drivers,position sensing circuits,control amplifier and CW/CCW control circuit.

Features of the TA7736F are:(1)3 phase bi-directional driver and output current up to 1.0A;(2)few external parts required;(3)wide operating supply voltage range:VCC(opr)(min.)=7-20V;(4)forward and reverse rotation is controlled simply by means of a CW/CCW control signal fed into 16PIN;(5)high sensitivity of position sensing amplifier;(6)surge protect diode connected for all input terminals.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TA7736F can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:26V;(2)output current:1.0A;(3)power dissipation:0.9W;(4)operating temperature:-30 to 75;(5)storage temperature:-55 to 150.
