The TA7733F is a low-voltage bridge driver IC offering four modes:Forward ratation,reverse rotation,stop,break.Features of the TA7733F are:(1)wide operating supply voltage range.VCC(opr.)=1.8~15V; (2)capsealded in flat package 16pin; (3)forward and reverse rotation,short brake modes are avaiable by means of rotation control signals; (4)high efficiency is obtained; (5)can be used as interface driver.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TA7733F can be summarized as:(1)peak supply voltage:18V; (2)output current:0.5A; (3)power dissipation:350mW ;550mW; (4)operating temperature:-30~75; (5)storage temperature:-55~150.
