TA7715P

The TA7715P is a general purpose F-V converter designed for FDD,VTR,ATR and player F-servo system use.It contains high gain input amplifer,hysteresis amplifier(for wave form shapping),and sample-and-hold type F-V conversion amplifier.Features of the TA7715P are:(1)capacitor connection terminal for setting time constans(for F/V Amp.); (2)schmitt amp. output terminal; (3)capacitor connection terminal forgetting time constants(for F/V buffer amp.); (4)capacitor connection terminal for setting time constants.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TA7715P can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:15V; (2)power dissipation:750mW; (3)operating temperature:-25~75; (4)storage temperature:-55~150.
