Features of the TA7713P are:(1)FG is not required(system for obtaining rotation signal through position sensing);(2)stop function is provided circuit is high,and hysteresis is provided;(3)roration signal output is provided(frequency signal of three times the position sensing output can be obtained);(4)external transistor type.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TA7713P can be summarized as:(1)power supply voltage,VCC:8.0V;(2)output current,IO:±25mA;(3)position sensing circuit input voltage(Tj=25),PD(note):1.2W;(4)operating temperature,Topr:-30 to 75;(5)storage temperature,Tstg:-50 to 125.Note No heat sink.
