The TA76524P is an IC developed for constant voltage power supply by switching system. This switching regulator assures high level of conversion efficiency. There are some features as follows. First is pulse width modulation (PWM) system. Secondly, output in single-end or push-pull system is possible. Then is low current consumption at no-load which is 5 mA (standard). The last one is compatible with SC3524.

What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings of TA76524P (Ta=25). The VCC (supply voltage) is 40 V. The IC (collector output current) is 100 mA. The IREF (reference output current) is 50 mA. The ICT (CT terminal current) is 5 mA. The PD (power dissipation) is 750 mW. The storage temperature is from -55 to +125. The operating temperature is from -30 to +75.
