The TA75S393F is a single voltage comparator.This device of voltage comparator that designed to operate from a single power suppply over a wide range of voltage.Normal operation from dual supplies is also to be guaranteed on voltage range from ±1V to ±18V.Features of the TA75S393F are:(1)compatible to TA75393; (2)small package ; (3)single supply voltage range or dual supplies:2VDC to 36VDC or ±1VDC to ±18VDC; (4)low supply current:0.4mA(Typ.); (5)low input offset voltage:±2mV(Typ.); (6)wide input common mode voltge range:0VDC to VCC-1.5VDC; (7)output compatible with TTL,DTL,MOS and CMOS logic system; (8)The output can be connected to achieve wired-OR relation.
