TA7555P

The TA7555P monolithic circuit is a highly stable device as producing accurate time delay or timing pulse.Additional terminals are provided for triggering or reseting,if desired.In the time delay or monostable mode of operation,the time is precisely controlled by one external resistor and capacitor.Features of the TA7555P are:(1)timing from microseconds through hours; (2)operates in both astable and monostable modes; (3)adjustable duty cycle; (4)output can source or sink 200mA; (5)output TTL compatible; (6)temperature stability of 0.005%/(Typ.); (7)normally on on or normally off output; (8)direct replacement for SE555/NE555.
