TA75339F

The TA75339F is a quad comparator.This device consist of four independent voltage comparators thar designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltage.Normal operation from dual supplies is also to be guuaranteed on voltage range from 2V to 36V.VCC is necessary at least more 1.5 volts than the input common mode voltage.The output can be connected to other open collector outputs to achieve wired-OR relation ship.Features of the TA75339F are:(1)single supply voltage range or dual supplies:2V~36V or ±1V~±18V; (2)low supply current:0.8mA(Typ.); (3)low input offset voltage:±2mA(Typ.); (4)wide input common mode voltage range:0V~VCC-1.5V; (5)output compatible with TTL,DTL,MOS and CMOS logic system; (6)the output can be connected to achieve wired-OR relation.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TA75339F can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:±18 OR 36V; (2)differential input voltage:±36V; (3)common mode input voltage:-0.3~VCC V; (4)power dissipation:280mW; (5)operating temperature:-40~85; (6)storage temperature:-55~125.
