TA7523S

The TA7523S is comparator with wide range singel or two supply voltage.Output is open collector and wired-OR possible.Features of the TA7523S are:(1)wide common mode input voltage:OV-VCC-1.5V; (2)output is compatible with TTL and CMOS.; (3)with two output terminal; (4)hysteresis voltage width is variable by external resistor; (5)wide supply voltage renge:2V~36V or ±1V~±18V.
