TA7522S

The TA7522S is an easy-to-use small 8-pin mini-flat package IC incorporating two voltage comparator circuits.Because of its very small size,it is useful for hybrid IC and other deviced which must be very small or thin.In addition,the IC has so wide an operating temperature range that it can be used in wide application fields.Features of the TA7522S are:(1)two-circuit package ; (2)high gain; (3)single 3V power supply for operation; (4)A 0V input causes action in the IC with a singel power supply; (5)wide common-mode input range; (6)no latch-up; (7)operating temperature range:from -40 to 85; (8)open-collector output ; (9)inverted-output also available.
