TA7510S

The TA7510S is an earth leak breaker.Features of the TA7510S are:(1)high sensibility:VTrip=7mV(Typ.); (2)compose of toshiba original sip(7pin)so that it is possible to manufacture very small earth leak breaker by using this device.; (3)having high relaibility for the swing of supply voltage; (4)be possible to turn on external thyristor because of having regulator circuit; (5)having stability trip voltage value; (6)high speed rising time.
