The TA7089P is a general purpose voltage regulator.Features of the TA7089P are:(1)low output impedance:Zo=40m(Typ.); (2)high ripple rejection:RR=48dB(TYP.); (3)build in current limitting circuit; (4)low drop out voltage:|VIN-VOUT|=1.8V; (5)high output current:IOUT=200mA(MAX.); (6)output current up to 5V can be supplied by connecting external transistor; (7)The TA7089P is easily mounted on a printed circuit board,and is provided with 14 pin output ,7 pin GND and 1pin input for application as a power supply for digital IC.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TA7089P can be summarized as:(1)input voltage:35V; (2)terminal voltage 8:7V; (3)output current:-200mA; (4)power dissipation:600mW; (5)operating temperature:-30~75; (6)storage temperature:-55~125.
