TA31142F

The TA31142F is a kind of FM IF detector IC for pager.

There are some features of the TA31142F as follows: (1)built-in 2nd MIXER for double conversion method. mix operating frequency: 10 to 50 MHz; (2)built-in low-pass filter and waveform shaping circuit enable the extraction of FSK signals from voice signal; (3)high transmit rate: 1200 bps; (4)built-in battery-saving function can reduce the load upon the battery which is functioning as power supply; (5)alarm function (ALM): alarm sensitivity: VALM=1.1 V typ; (6)constant voltage power supply can be fabricated through externally adding a transistor: VRED=1.0 V typ; (7)extremely low consumption current: Iccg=1.1 mA typ; (8)power supply voltage: VCC=1.1 to 3.5 V.
