TA2125F

The TA2125F is a power driver IC developed for CD players which have built-in 4 channel BTL power amplifiers and 1 channel H-Bridge driver. Which drives focus-coil and tracking coil for 3-beam pick-up head, disk motor, feed motor and loading motor.

Thefeatures of TA2125F can be summarized as (1)4 channel BTL linear drivers: high output power : Vout = 51 Vp-p(VCC = 8V, Rt = 8); stand-by switch for BTL drivers; (2)1 channel H-Bridge 1 VCE + VCE = 13V (VR = VM = 8V, Io = 200mA); Logic control (Forward, Revers, Brake, Stand-by); (3)punch through current restriction diode for H-Bridge; (4)5V regulator reference Amp (with external output Tr); (5)thermal shut down protection; (6)operating supply voltage range : 5V~9V.
