The TA2078P is designed as a 3 mode preset equalizer IC. This IC have built-in one middle boost and two type high/low boost equalizers and flat mode. These operation mode are controlled by internal switch.
TA2078P has five features. (1)Dual channel. (2)3 mode preset equalizer (1)middle boost; (2)high/low boost-1; (3)high/low boost-2; (4)flat (no equalizing). (3)Few external parts. (4)Two type package dual inline package 16pin (under development). (5)Operating supply voltage range would be from 7.5V to 14V. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of TA2078P have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be 14V. (2)Its power dissipation would be 750mW. (3)Its operating temperature range would be from -25°C to 75°C. (4)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
