The TA2065F is a 3-beam type PUH compatible focus tracking servo LSI to be used in the CD player system.

Features of the TA2065F are:(1)built-in RF amp,focus error amp,and tracking error amp;(2)built-in focus tracking servo amp;(3)built-in phase compensation amp and LPF amp;(4)built-in ALPC amp;(5)connections between PUH and power driver IC for motor driver allows simplified structuring of CD player system;(6)double speed operation is possible;(7)low voltage operation is possible(3.5V to 5.5V).

The absolute maximum ratings of the TA2065F can be summarized as:(1)power supply voltage,VCC:-0.3V to 12.0V;(2)power dissipation,PD:890(*)mW;(3)operating temperature,Topr:-35 to 85;(4)storage temperature,Tstg:-55 to 150.(*)Derated above 25 in the proportion of 7.1mW/.
