TA2047N

The TA2047N is an analog filter IC for NICAM.It is possible to construct a NICAM decoder system with less external parts.

Features of the TA2047N are:(1)built-in CR for LPFs and output amplifiers for the left and rignt channel;(2)built-in audio SW and possible to FM signal input dynamic range up(VCC=9V);(3)it is possible to apply an analog de-emphasis circuit;(4)2Vrms output(VCC=9V);(5)6dB up SW(9V operation);(6)built-in analog mute circuit;(7)9V power supply operation(5V,12V possible).

The absolute maximum ratings of the TA2047N can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage,VCC:12.6V;(2)storage temperature,Tstg:-55 to 150;(3)power dissipation,PD:1300(*1)mW.(*1)when using the device at above Ta=25,decrease the power dissipation by 3.6mW for each increase of 1(24pin SDIP package)
