TA2029

Teh TA2029 series are AM/FM single chip radio system ICs which are designed for monaural radio.They have many functions and can be used for digital tuning system.

Features of the TA2029 are:(1)built-in FM F/E,AM/FM IF,electronic volume and power amplifier;(2)suitable for combination with digital tuning system which has IF counter;(3)adjustment-free type FM detector;(4)built-in AF power amplifier,electronic volume and audio muting circuits;(5)detector outputs FM/AM are independent each other;(6)operating supply voltage range:VCC=1.8-8V(Ta=25).

The absolute maximum ratings of the TA2029 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage,VCC:9V;(2)power dissipation,PD(note):TA2029FN..500mW,TA2029F...890mW,TA2029N...1500mW;(3)operrating temperature,Topr:-25 to 75;(4)storage temperature,Tstg:-55 to 150.Note: dereated above 25 in the proportion of 4.8mW/ for TA2029FN,7.2mW/ for TA2029F and 12mW/ for TA2029N.
