The T6J05 is a kind of 128-channel-output row driver for an STN dot matrix LCD. The device features an 80 V LCD drive voltage. In addition, the device is capable of driving LCD panels with a duty ratio up to 1/480. It is recommended for use with T6C71.

There are some features about T6J05 as follows: (1)display duty application: to 1/480; (2)LCD drive signal: 128; (3)data transfer: 128 bit bidirectional: O1O128; O128O1;(4)LCD drive voltage: VCC=18.5 to 42.5 V, VM=2.5 V, VEE=-13.5 to -37.5 V; (5)power supply voltage: 2.7 to 5.5 V; (6)operating temperature: -20 to 75; (7)LCD drive output resistance: 0.6 k typ (VCC=VH=32.5 V, VEE=VL=-27.5 V); (8)display-off function: when /DSPOF is L, all LCD drive outputs (O1 to O128) remain at the VM level; (9)LCD drive output timing: change on falling edge of LP; (10)blanking function: provision of a blanking interval prevents excessively high voltages being applied to the electrodes of the liquid crystal panel. /BLNK=L: blanking. all LCD drive outputs (O1 to O128) are set to the VM level; /BLNK=H: (O1 to O128) are operational.

The following is about the maximum ratings of T6J05 (ensure that the following conditions are maintained, VCCVHVDDVMVSSVLVEE): (1)supply voltage 1, VDD: -0.3 to 7.0 V at VDD pin; (2)supply voltage 2, VCC-VEE: -0.3 to 85 V at pins VCCL/R, VEEL/R; (3)supply voltage 2, VH-VEE: -0.3 to 85 V at pins VHL/R, VEEL/R ; (4)supply voltage 3, VM-VEE: -0.3 to 85 V at pins VML/R, VEEL/R  ; (5)supply voltage 4, VL-VEE: -0.3 to 85 V at pins VLL/R, VEEL/R ; (6)input voltage, VIN: -0.3 to VDD+0.3 V; (7)operating temperature, Topr: -20 to 75; (8)storage temperature, Tstg: -40 to 125.
