The T6C13B is a kind of 240-channel-output column and row driver for an STN dot matrix LCD. The device features an 42 V LCD drive voltage and a 20 MHz maximum operating frequency. In addition, the device is capable of driving LCD panels with a duty ratio up to 1/480. It is recommended for use with T6C14.

There are some features of T6C13B as follows: (1)display duty application: to 1/480; (2)LCD drive signal: 240; (3)data transfer: 8-bit bidirectional; (4)LCD drive voltage: 14 to 40 V (max 45 V); (5)power supply voltage: 2.7 to 5.5 V; (6)operating temperature: -20 to 75; (7)LCD drive output resistance: 800 max (20 V, 1/13 bias); (8)display-off function: when /DSPOF is L, all LCD drive outputs (O1 to O240) remain at the V5 level; (9)low power consumption: cascade connection and auto enable transfer functions are available; (10)operating frequency: 27 MHz (VDD=4.5 to 5.5 V).
