The T6818-TUQ is one of the T6818 series.The T6818-TUQ is fully protected driver interface designed in 0.8m BCDMOS technology.It is used to control up to 3 different loads by a microcontroller in automotive and industrial applications.

Features of the T6818-TUQ are:(1)Supply Voltage up to 40 V; (2)RDSon Typically 0.5 at 25°C, Maximum 1 at 150°C; (3)Up to 1.5 A Output Current; (4)Three Half-bridge Outputs Formed by Three High-side and Three Low-side Drivers; (5)Capable to Switch all Kinds of Loads Such as  DC Motors, Bulbs, Resistors, Capacitors and Inductors; (6)No Shoot-through Current; (7)Very Low Quiescent Current IS < 5 A in Standby Mode versus Total Temperature Range; (8)Outputs Short-circuit Protected; (9)Overtemperature Protection for Each Switch and Overtemperature Prewarning; (10)Undervoltage Protection; (11)Various Diagnostic Functions Such as Shorted Output, Open load, Overtemperature and Power-supply Fail Detection; (12)Serial Data Interface, Daisy Chain Capable, up to 2 MHz Clock Frequency; (13)SO14 Power Package.
